2 eggs
1 cup sugar
10 drops anise oil
1 1/2 cups flour

Beat eggs and sugar together for 20 minutes on low speed of mixing bowl.  Add anise oil. Mix. Gradually stir in flour.

Drop by 1/2 teaspoons on a floured cookie sheet, or parchment paper on cookie sheet.  Let stand, uncovered, overnight or about 8 hours. Bake in 300 degree oven until light yellow in color, about 20 minutes.
